3. Reservations and Payments

3.4 Special Requests

While we will endeavor to accommodate special requests, these cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and discretion of management.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 General Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner that does not interfere with the enjoyment of other guests. Arctic Mirage reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior.

4.2 Dress Code

Arctic Mirage maintains a smart casual dress code in all public areas. More formal attire is required in premium dining areas and the high-limit gaming section.

4.3 Photography

Photography is permitted in designated areas only. Photography is strictly prohibited in gaming areas and other guests' private spaces without consent.

4.4 Smoking

Arctic Mirage is a non-smoking facility. Designated external smoking areas are available.

4.5 Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to Arctic Mirage property during their stay.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Personal Belongings

Arctic Mirage is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings unless directly caused by our negligence.

5.2 Personal Injury

Guests participate in activities at their own risk. Arctic Mirage shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or death resulting from the use of our facilities unless caused by our negligence.

5.3 Force Majeure

Arctic Mirage shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature, weather conditions including absence of Northern Lights visibility, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Termination of Access

Arctic Mirage reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the website and the services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the services, our business, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.

8. Governing Law
